Guernsey Pannier a Cou was a two day workshop for all levels of maker run by Claire Gaudion in March 2014. Participants learnt how to make a Guernsey fishing basket known as a pannier a cou, the recipe for which has been passed down the generatons to Claire. She has adapted the recipe to use thick wire instead of willow to create a versatile basket which can be used to carry all manner of things.
